Equipment Maintenance Engineering Roles:
- B.Tech with (4 to & Years)/ Diploma with (8 to 12 Years) in EEE, ECE, Instrumentation & Automation with relevant Experience in Maintenance and troubleshooting of Filling Lines, Packing Lines, Autoclaves, Washing Machines, Stenlizers, Process Equipment. Execution of preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance activities Calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, PLCs, sensors, dives, and control systems. Support equipment reliability, GMP compliance, qualification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with Production, Quality, and EHS teams to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Preferred Experience: Pharma/Biotech/FMCG/Manufacturing Industries
Automation Engineering Roles:
- B.Tech with (4 to 8 Years)/ Diploma with (8 to 12 Years) in EEE, ECE, Instrumentation & Automation with relevant Experience Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Emerson Delta V, AVEVA PI Historian, PLC/DCS, SCADA/HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, upgrading, securing, and supporting plant automation and historian systems while driving digitalization, operational excellence, and compliance initiatives. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and IT/OT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant automation solutions
- Preferred Experience: Pharma/Biotech/FMCG/Manufacturing Industries.
MSAT – Technology Transfer Roles:
- M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/MSc/B.Tech/M.Tech with 6 to 12 Years of relevant Experience in Pharma injectable manufacturing with laboratory studies, scale up batches, Exhibit & process validation batches. Leading Handling & Drive Tech transfer process & new Product Introductions (NPI) from development to commercial manufacturing Support regulatory submissions and provide technical documentation required for global markets. Ensure compliance with cGMP, Data Integrity, Quality Systems, and Regulatory Requirements Perform process monitoring, troubleshooting. continuous improvement, and lifecycle management activities.
MSAT – Validation & Qualification Roles:
- M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/MSc/B.Tech/M.Tech with 6 to 12 Years of relevant Experience in Pharma injectable manufacturing with qualification and validation of manufacturing and utility systems. Equipment Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV), HVAC Systems Qualification and Clean Utilities Qualification (PW, WFI, Clean Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen), Computerized System Assurance (CSA). Terminal sterilization (TS) including SAL Calculations. GMP, Data Integrity, and Regulatory Compliance
