Responsibilities:
- Responsible for DP facility manufacturing activities like operation of isolators and associated equipment related to cartridge(B+S), vials & pre-filled syringes; PFS (B+S).
- Hands on experience of CIP/SIP skid, Vessel Operations, Compounding, filtration and autoclave, filter integrity machine. Exposure to Isolators.
- Lyophilizer, single use systems Must have experience in sterile injectables.
- USFDA exposure and willing to work in shifts.

Responsibilities:
- HVAC: Operation and Maintenance of Air Handling Units, EMS, BMS systems, Stability chambers, Cold rooms, Chillers and Air conditioning system.
- DP Process Equipments: Operation and Maintenance of Filling lines with Isolators, Autoclave, Compounding and Filtration vessels, Packing lines and Clean room Equipment. Aware of Clean room practices
- DS Process Equipments: Operation and Maintenance of Fermenters, Centrifuge, freeze and Thaw units, HPLC, Chrome systems, Autoclave, Compounding and Filtration vessels, Packing lines and Clean room equipment’s. Aware of Clean room practices.
- Instrumentation: Operation and Maintenance of above equipment, Calibration, Alarms simulation, PLC, HMI and SCADA systems.
- Electrical: Operation and Maintenance of HT, LT systems, Transformer, DG set along with AMF and Synchronization panels. UPS systems, Earthing systems, BESCOM, KPTCL and Plant electrical systems related to above equipment’s.
