Key Responsibilities

Follow up with US insurance companies for pending medical claims

Monitor and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) status

Resolve claim issues through voice calls

Update claim status accurately in billing systems

Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution
Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any UG/PG (Except MBA & Life Science)

Experience: Freshers welcome
