Job Role Overview
The role involves following up with insurance companies to resolve pending medical claims and monitoring the accounts receivable status. Candidates will receive comprehensive training to understand the AR calling process and medical claim cycle. The position provides excellent learning exposure for freshers and opportunities to grow within the healthcare BPO domain.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed any undergraduate or postgraduate degree, except MBA and Life Science backgrounds. Freshers are eligible to apply, and the age limit is up to 28 years. Applicants should possess strong verbal communication skills in English, basic computer proficiency, and willingness to work night shifts. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary and Benefits
The CTC for this role is ₹23,000 with a take-home salary of approximately ₹18,000. Additional benefits include pickup and drop cab facility, fixed weekend offs on Saturday and Sunday, attractive incentives, quarterly bonuses, and structured training support.
