💼 Job Role: Claims Adjudication – Non-Voice (Experienced)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Process insurance claims timely and accurately
🔹 Ensure compliance with production, productivity, and quality goals
🔹 Review medical records, policy documents, and claims history to make informed decisions
🔹 Identify fraudulent activities and escalate issues as needed
🔹 Stay updated on policy changes, procedures, and industry best practices
🔹 Work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and drive efficiency
🔹 Train and mentor new hires as needed
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate can apply
✅ Experience: 1-3 years in Insurance Claims Processing (Health, Life, or Disability)
✅ Must-Have:
✔ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
✔ Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
✔ Attention to detail & accuracy in claim adjudication
✔ Experience with CPT, HCPCS, ICD9/10, CDT coding
✔ Proficiency in MS Office & web-based applications
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
📍 Work Details & Schedule:
🔹 Work Mode: Hybrid (Office & Work-from-Home)
🔹 Shift Timings: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Flexible as per client requirements)
🔹 Overtime & Weekend Work may be required based on business needs
🔹 Broadband Connection Required for Work-from-Home Setup
