🔍 Role Details:
- Position: Non-Voice Process – Healthcare
- Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance claims and process as per SOPs.
- Perform insurance calculations (COB – Coordination of Benefits).
- Navigate client applications and capture required information.
🎯 Eligibility:
- Experience: 0 – 1 year in Healthcare BPO (Freshers are welcome!).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or BA (3+ years of formal studies required).
- Skills:
- Typing speed: 25 WPM or completed typewriting lower preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work Monday-Friday (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM).
