Key Responsibilities:
1) Prepare analytical laboratory budget-forecast & planning Capex & Review Budget for medium-sized or multiple small-size teams.
2) Ensure effective coordination between cross functions to completion of a projects.
3) To review analytical raw data/records, protocols, reports, specifications, standard operating procedures, and other analytical documents.
4) Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews.
5) Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
6) Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plans and receive guidance from seniors.
7)Ensure Product Development of Solid oral dosage, i.e. Dissolution, Assay, CU, BU, and Related substances, etc.
8) Ensure analysis of samples received from the Formulation department (samples include in-process, finished product, pre-formulation study samples and stability samples, etc.).
9. Handle the client calls & Queries.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation, Analytical Development.
- Good understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory submission requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle client expectations.

- Qualification : M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical analysis)
- Experience : 2-3 yrs. (Formulation experience)
- Sound knowledge of Assay Dissolution, Analytical method development for tablets, capsules, oral solutions, ICH stability testing, Water HPLC, UV-visible spectrophotometer, KF Auto tiltrotor, Analytical method validations, transfer and verifications as per ICH guidelines and USP/BP guidelines, Analysis of in-process, stability & protocol driven samples.
