We are hiring for an Executive in AQA:
- Qualification : M. Pharmacy
- Experience: 3 to 4 yrs.(formulation exp)
- Working Location: Balanagar
Skills Required:
1) Review of analytical data for method development, stability and method validations (Assay Dissolution, RC test results) and certificate of analysis (COA).
2) Review and approval of analytical documents such as spec and STP’s and reports.
3) Ensure compliance of ARD lab activities with GMP, GLP, and data integrity principles.
4) Handle change controls, OOS, OOT, Deviations & CAPA related to Analytical activities.
5) Ensure calibration and qualification status of all analytical instruments.
6) Ensure laboratory records, logbooks and usage logs.
Participate in intemal audits and regulatory inspections (US, EU GMP)
7) Ensure proper documentation and control of records as per GDP Practices.
8) Coordinate with ARD, FRD and other departments for quality compliance.
9) Ensure backup data of HPLC’s.

Skills Required:
1) Experience in organic synthesis/Multi- step synthesis.
2) Handling reactions from mg to gram scale.
3) Sound knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.
4) Experience in characterization and identification of organic molecules usin spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR,LCMS, HPLC.
5) Positive and confident Individual with strong work ethic.

1. Analytical Method development for CRO/In-house formulation Development Pre (OSD/Liquid Orals) Tests like Assay, UOD.RS, Dissolution, Cleaning method and content, etc.
2. Prepare Analytical Test methods, Specifications and Method development Repor
3. Conducting Method validations and preparations on protocol and reports.
4. Maintenance of good documentation and laboratory practices
