Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :-
1)Designing, planning, executing and managing review studies in pharma domain
2)Interpreting results and preparing reports and presentations for management review
3)Evaluate and analyse data to support business strategy improvements
4)Develop thought leadership articles periodically share to clients for sharing the current trends
5)To conduct research (financial, market, operational and therapy area related) to support strategic and business planning across various departments
6)Preparation of competitive intelligence reports, scenario based modelling and forecast accuracy
7)Interpret and evaluate the results to develop integrated business analyses and alignment to strategic goals aiding in decision-making
8)Creation & tracking of key metrics for leading operational improvements and increasing planning efficiency
9)Facilitate the implementation of business strategy on current year basis, by engaging and influencing senior leaders
10)Structured and targeted literature reviews to understand the disease landscape and provide inputs for various commercial and health economic models (treatment efficacy and safety data, drug and resource utilization data, drug dosing information, drug and non-drug costs etc.)
11)Carrying out data synthesis including meta-data analysis
12)Quality assessment of data
13)Identifies and leverages new research/business technology platforms
QUALIFICATION;
BSc/ BPharm/ MBBS/ BE/ BTech/ MSc/ Mpharm/ MBA
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Functional Skills: Experience in market research, consulting or analytics Comprehensive knowledge about Pharmaceutical industry, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Trials, and Marketing Good numeric & data management abilities – Translate strategy to actionable insights & processes Ability to multi-task effectively Adept in using graphical user interface, data visualization techniques – Excellent presentation skills
