This recruitment drive is open to professionals with 2–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Candidates with exposure to USFDA, MHRA-regulated plants and experience in Hormones/Potent Molecules will be preferred. The walk-in interview will be held on 19th July 2026 (Sunday).

Key Responsibilities
Production – Operator
- Operate compression, coating, and granulation equipment.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and ALCOA/ALCOA+ documentation practices.
Production – Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
- Supervise compression, coating, granulation, and blending activities.
- Maintain BMRs, logbooks, and equipment documentation.
- Perform GMP, SOP, and QMS compliance activities.
Packing – Blister Operator
- Operate blister packaging, autocartoner, and serialization equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities.
- Maintain packaging documentation in compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO standards.
Packing – Officer / Senior Officer / Executive
- Manage end-to-end packaging operations, including line clearance, dispensing, changeovers, blister packing, serialization, pouch packing, and maintenance.
- Handle calibration, validation, CAPA, change control, deviation management, and QMS activities.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and WHO guidelines.
Warehouse – Officer / Senior Officer
- Manage centralized and automated warehouse operations.
- Handle WMS, GDP, ALCOA+, and SOP compliance.
- Monitor real-time inventory, audit readiness, temperature and usage logs.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Accounts teams.
Engineering Projects
- Track project timelines and prepare progress reports.
- Manage purchase orders, contractor coordination, and statutory documentation.
- Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Identify project bottlenecks and support timely project execution.
