- Responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports such as Balance sheets, Income statements, cash flow statements etc.
- To play key role in developing budgets for various departments or projects.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- To monitor cash flow, oversee accounts receivable and account payable and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
- To liaise with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
- To provide guidance, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure that the team operates efficiently.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external parties such as auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Strong planning and leadership skills.

- Monitoring and testing various plant processes
- Controlling costs to achieve budgetary goals for the company
- Developing a preventive maintenance programme
- Setting performance goals and expectations
- Determining important key performance indicators and measuring them regularly
- Staying up to date with the latest production trends, technology and best practices
- Building trustworthy relationships with employees
- Participating in various manufacturing-related activities, such as quality, productivity, safety, innovation, supply chain management
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant
