Job Description
Amazon is hiring for Customer Support (Voice Process) in a permanent role. Candidates must have strong English communication skills and the ability to work flexible night shifts and weekly offs. Both freshers and experienced professionals can apply, with BPO experience being an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum qualification: 10+2
Graduates and postgraduates can also apply
Freshers eligible; prior BPO experience preferred
Excellent English communication is mandatory
Comfortable with night shifts and flexible shift patterns
Must be willing to work 5 days a week with 2 consecutive offs
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: ₹3,05,000 – ₹3,60,000 LPA
Meal Card (Zeta): ₹1100/month
Free Transport Facility
Health Insurance: Up to ₹5.0 Lacs
Night Shift Allowance: ₹150–₹225 per shift
Overtime Allowance: As per business need
5-Day Working Week with 2 consecutive offs
