🎓 Eligibility

• Qualification: Diploma in Packaging Technology

• Experience: 1 to 8 years in Packaging Development

🧪 Job Responsibilities

1. Analyze RLD/Innovator packaging and prepare characterization reports

2. Literature search and evaluate Packaging Information Files (PIFs)

3. Source packaging materials and finalize vendors

4. Perform studies: MVTR, water loss, spectral transmission as per pharmacopeial norms

5. Recommend primary & secondary packaging for new products

6. Prepare trade dress and packaging development reports

7. Coordinate change part development and machine trials

8. Maintain documentation: specs, BOMs, datasheets, drawings

9. Ensure SOP/test procedure compliance in packaging activities

10. Identify cost-effective vendors and prepare equivalency reports

11. Create bracketing sheets & conduct packaging functionality and machine suitability studies

12. Support item code creation and artwork inputs for exhibit/submission batches

13. Collaborate with plants to ensure smooth execution of exhibit batches

14. Prepare and approve SOPs and Master Packaging Cards

15. Perform leak tests and assist with lab scale batch packing
