Formulation R&D Department ( Formulations R&D) in Formulation Division – R&D Center.
Responsibilities
- Formulation of parenteral dosage forms in support of ANDA filing to the U.S. FDA
• Physicochemical characterization of parenteral formulations • Analysis of prototype formulations on stability
• Process development and scaleup studies of prototype formulations
• Transfer prototype formulations to manufacturing sites for demonstration batches • Author technical reports & CMC regulatory documents • Collaborate with analytical and regulatory associates to develop regulatory filing documents
• Drive product development and scale up at 3rd party manufacturing sites
3-8 years of experience in product development and regulatory filing to the U.S. FDA
• Prior Experience in employing concepts of Quality-by-Design (QbD) and Design of
Experiments (DOE) in product development
