Roles & Responsibilities:
- Verify loan quality as per US requirements and lender guidelines.
- Set up loan files for underwriting (UW).
- Analyze borrower and third-party documentation to ensure compliance.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
- Interpret policies and ensure loan packages align with credit underwriting guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in US Residential Mortgage Origination with expertise in loan setup, income calculation, and asset management.
- Skills:
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Shift: Flexible for 24×7 rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
- Immediate joining or a maximum notice period of 30 days.
