Job Responsibilities
Sterile Production
- Handle batch manufacturing and sterile filling activities.
- Operate in sterile manufacturing areas with regulatory compliance.
- Experience in:
- 3-Piece Vial Filling
- BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) Eye Drops
- Injectable Manufacturing
- Ensure adherence to cGMP and sterile manufacturing procedures.
Production Technical Staff
- Operate sterile manufacturing equipment, including:
- Macofar Ampoule/Vial Washing Machines
- ROTA Filling Machines
- Groninger 3-Piece Filling Machines
- BFS Filling Machines
- Autoclaves
- Perform routine equipment operation and support production activities.
Microbiology
- Review and manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities.
- Perform and review:
- Microbial Limit Test (MLT)
- Sterility Testing
- Environmental Monitoring
- Act as section in-charge for microbiology operations in sterile manufacturing.
Engineering
- Carry out maintenance of sterile injectable plant equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth operation of pharmaceutical formulation plant equipment.
- Support engineering activities for sterile manufacturing operations.
