Job description:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle inbound international calls from clients across various time zones (UK & US).
- Process customer requests for product information, orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate when necessary.
