Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to assist in managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related documentation.
• Support the optimization of logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist in managing and analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in logistics and supply chain operations.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of logistics software and systems.
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and industry best practices.
• Previous internship or project experience in logistics or supply chain management (preferred but not required).
