Key Responsibilities
Quality Control
- Perform analysis of intermediates, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain HPLC, GC-ALS, and GC-HSS instruments using Empower-3 Software.
- Follow GMP, GLP, laboratory procedures, and SOPs.
- Maintain analytical documentation and ensure data accuracy.
Production
- Execute production activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
- Support manufacturing operations and batch execution.
- Work collaboratively in shift operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Shift In-Charge
- Handle batch planning and daily production scheduling.
- Supervise manufacturing activities and production teams.
- Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets.
Engineering & Utility
- Support utility and engineering operations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and engineering SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria

| Education | Chemistry Graduates (B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry or relevant discipline) and Engineering candidates for Utility roles |
| Experience | 0–5 Years |
| Skills Required | Knowledge of GMP/GLP, laboratory practices, analytical techniques, SOP compliance, teamwork, communication skills, and willingness to work in shifts. |
