Job Responsibilities
Quality Control Analyst
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
- Operate analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and other QC laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and Data Integrity guidelines.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Carry out calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
Reviewer
- Review analytical data and laboratory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, and Data Integrity requirements.
- Conduct laboratory investigations, CAPA implementation, analytical method validation, and technology transfer activities.
- Support regulatory inspections and audits.
- Perform qualification and calibration review of laboratory instruments.
- Monitor analyst performance and provide on-the-job training.
- Lead investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), deviations, and laboratory incidents.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and other analytical instruments.
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GLP, GDP, and Data Integrity.
- Knowledge of laboratory investigations, CAPA, analytical method validation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
