Job description
- Brand Management Strategy formation, Brand positioning, Campaign Designing, Preparing Detailing stories of all inputs and getting approved.
- New product launch
- Analytical Planning External and Internal Data handling (IMS, Cmarc, SMSRA), Manage sales data on weekly, monthly quarterly and yearly basis.
- People management Coordinate with Different department, Getting work done by field force.
- Problem Solving – Doctor query handling, Defective batch of brand handling.
- Sample Management – Monthly, Quarterly and yearly Sample allocation plan to field force, Preparing differential sampling plan & Give differential allocation to marketing service for timely dispatch as per planned use.
- Budget Planning – Monthly, quarterly & yearly as well as target preparation for team
- Organize Monthly quarterly and yearly cycle meeting.
- Vendor Management – Coordinating with various vendors for on-time delivery of Inputs.
- Print inputs – Preparing Print input plan cycle wise based on the budget.
- Marketing services – Coordinating with marketing services department to ensure timely and proper dispatch of samples, gifts and print inputs.
- Training – Giving inputs like USP – Positioning, Product at a Glance, Training Notes, Training presentations etc to the training department on regular basis, Provide training to field force on regular basis.
- Work on an assigned territory during tour for average 6 to 10 days per month.
- Co- ordinate and follow up with field force regarding monthly sales and target achievement, On-time input distribution.
