🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Support R&D project planning, tracking and execution
- Track timelines, milestones, deliverables and action items
- Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Production, Engineering and Management
- Support technology transfer and scale-up activities
- Assist with manufacturing trials and process activities
- Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, protocols and records
- Follow up on technical issues, deviations and pending actions
- Support process optimization and troubleshooting
- Maintain project status updates and track progress
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and quality requirements
