Job Description / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading day-to-day maintenance, preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensuring equipment reliability, utilities management, spares availability, and regulatory compliance.
- Managing the maintenance team and manpower planning.
- Implementing safety practices including LOTO, work permits, and PPE compliance.
- Handling audits, equipment qualifications, documentation, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting.
- Managing contractors and maintenance service providers.
- Coordinating with Production, QA/QC, EHS, Projects, and Supply Chain departments.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel, AutoCAD, and SAP inventory management is preferred.
