🧪 Job Responsibilities
Selected candidates may be responsible for:
- Supporting formulation development trials and optimization
- Conducting laboratory experiments and accurately recording observations/results
- Literature review and technical documentation
- Coordinating with Analytical, QA, Engineering, Production and Regulatory teams
- Maintaining GMP-compliant laboratory records
- Handling experimental data and technical documentation
- Working with QbD/DoE, experimental planning and result interpretation
- Preparation of PDR/technical documentation
- Formulation development and optimization activities
🏭 Equipment & Process Exposure
Hands-on experience with the following is highlighted:
- RMG / High-Shear Granulators
- FBD
- Tablet Compression Machines
- Coating Equipment
- Equipment setup, operation and changeover
- Monitoring and basic troubleshooting
Practical exposure to OSD processes such as:
Blending → Granulation → Lubrication → Compression → Coating
Experience with injectable formulation/development equipment is an added advantage.
