I- Position: Junior Officer/Officer/Sr. Officer
Qualification: B. Sc./ Diploma (Mechanical) /ITI
Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
Core Skills required:
- Operation of vial filling and sealing
- Operation of vial washing and tunnel
- Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized and Lyophilization process
- Compounding, Aseptic Filtration process
- Sterilization Operations (Autoclave)
II -Position: Executive/Senior Executive:
Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy/B.Tech
Experience: 4 to 8 yrs
Core Skills required:
- Hands on experience in Vial filling, sealing & washing machine
- Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling schedule
- Manpower planning, handling and utilization
- CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and filling machines
- Involved in IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling line and Lyophilizer.
