B.Pharm and B.Sc. candidates are preferred. Non-Science graduates and D.Pharm candidates with at least one year of relevant experience may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet doctors, chemists, stockists, and other assigned customers according to the company’s customer engagement strategy.
- Generate prescriptions and achieve monthly and annual product-wise and value-wise sales targets.
- Drive both primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Increase and maintain brand market share and improve territory profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other customers.
- Ensure proper product distribution and availability across the assigned territory.
- Monitor and control expenses related to breakage, expiry, and other inventory issues.
- Provide market intelligence regarding market conditions, competitor activities, and the effectiveness of promotional strategies.
- Prepare monthly and annual strategic distribution plans to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and generate stockist/distributor orders according to the business plan.
- Ensure timely product supply to stockists and distributors.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding dues in accordance with company policies.
