• Venue: Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd., Leadership Academy, Bachupally, Hyderabad – 500090

• • DP – Sterile Operations / Fill Finish / PFS / QMS / MES
    • • Filling, washing, and sterilization experience within GMP.
      • Knowledge of MES and QMS.

  • Team Member – Drug Substance
    • • Execution of downstream and upstream unit operations.
      • Maintaining documentation and compliance within GMP.

  • TM Engineering – Drug Product / Drug Substance (I&A)
    • • Expertise in Instrumentation & Automation.
      • DP: Vial Filling, Washing, Tunnel, VHP, PFS, Autoclave, Isolator, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and QMS.
      • DS: ABB 800xA, Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLCs, SCADA, Bioreactors, TFF, ATF, cGMP, and QMS.

  • TM Engineering – DP/DS Mechanical
    • • Experience in biologics plant and process maintenance.
      • Equipment includes Vial Filling, Washing, Tunnel, VHP, PFS, Autoclaves, Isolators, Reactors, Fermenters, TFF, CIP/SIP, and Chromatography Systems.

  • MSAT Specialist – Drug Product
    • • 6–12 years of experience in injectable manufacturing and technology transfer.
      • Expertise in aseptic operations, scale-up, and process validation.

  • MSAT Specialist – Upstream
    • • Skilled professional with upstream bioprocessing expertise.
      • Experience in mammalian cell culture, perfusion technology, scale-up, and single-use systems.

  • Team Member – Warehouse
    • • Material dispensing and warehouse operations.
      • Experience with SAP/MES operations, cGMP-compliant warehouse management, and GMP documentation.

  • Team Leader – HVAC & Clean Utilities
    • • Leading critical HVAC and clean utility operations.
      • Ensuring GMP compliance, system reliability, and continuous improvement.

• Experience Required: 3 to 10 years (unless specified otherwise for specific roles like MSAT)
• Qualifications: Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, or B.Pharma

🔍 Experience: Team Member: 3-10 years & Team Lead: 12 -16 years

• • Quality Control – Microbiology
  • Quality Control – Bioassay
  • Quality Control – In Process / Lab Support
  • Quality Control – Molecular Biology
  • Drug Product – Quality Assurance
  • Drug Substance – Quality Assurance

• • Experience: 3 to 10 years
  • Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry
