Job Description:
- Preparation and loading of steam sterilizer loads.
- Operation, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Manufacturing vessels, Steam Sterilizer, Dry Heat Sterilizer, Microfluidizer, Inline homogenizer, CIP/SIP unit, Filter integrity testing machine, Glove leak testing machine, Offline NVPC, Contact parts washer.
- To record events, process parameters in logbooks, and Batch manufacturing records.
- Operation and Cleaning of Mobile Laminar Air Flow, Garment Cubicle, Laminar Air Flow, and Dynamic Pass Boxes.
- Balance calibration and verification operations and issuance of consumable materials.
- In-process checks during the stage-wise process as per the Batch Manufacturing Record
- Bulk Manufacturing and filtration of Products in Controlled Areas.
- Handhold experience with Labelling machines, Cartonator, Checkweigher, Autoclave, etc.
