Job Location: Pithampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh
DEPARTMENT: Microbiology
CRITERIA: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology & Biotechnology) with 2 to 6 years of experience.
Skill – Area of Exposure (Ophthalmic):
- Handling the particulate method test by Microscopic & LBPC method.
- BET test & Bet method validation.
- Experience on Handling experience on LIMS.
- Experience on QAMS documents such as CCP, CCT, Deviations, CAPA
- New Equipment qualification, calibration and validation activity.
- Experience on Microbiology laboratory OOS handling
- Experience on culture identification system Vitek 2 compact
DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance
CRITERIA: B.Pharma with 2 to 6 years of experience
Skill – Area of Exposure (Formulation OSD):
- To certify the Area/line clearance prior to the start of activity in Manufacturing activity.
- Batch to batch audit trail review. Involvement in Process validation and IPQA activities in manufacturing (OSD) and packaging areas.
- Sampling of validation and hold time study batches as per validation and hold time study plan and in process sample as per BMR.
- Perform calibration of IPQA instrument. Review of BMR. Involvement in investigating deviation.
DEPARTMENT: Quality Control
CRITERIA: B.Pharm / M.Sc with 2 to 6 years of experience
Skill – Area of Exposure (Nasal & Derma):
- Knowledge of HPLC/GC and others routine instruments of QC.
- Expertise of pharmaceutical quality system. (QAMS).
- Analysis of Nasal & derma formulation. In-process/FP/SS. Working as QC analyst.
- Understanding of Data Integrity, GMP, laboratory instrument software 21 CFR.
