Job Summary
Lee Pharma is seeking talented Jr. Research Scientists to support research and development activities related to solid-state chemistry, polymorphism, crystallization, and pharmaceutical process development. The selected candidate will independently perform analytical studies, interpret scientific data, and prepare technical documentation while supporting new product development.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct polymorph screening studies for APIs and evaluate solid-state forms.
- Perform crystallization process development and optimization for pharmaceutical compounds.
- Carry out solid-state characterization using analytical techniques such as:
- PXRD
- DSC
- TGA
- Microscopy
- FTIR
- Raman Spectroscopy
- Operate and handle PXRD instrumentation independently, including sample preparation, data acquisition, and interpretation.
- Analyze and interpret solid-state characterization data for form identification and stability assessment.
- Support process development activities related to polymorphism, salt/co-crystal screening, and crystallization scale-up.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and experimental records in compliance with laboratory practices.
