Role & responsibilities:
- Preparation of Process flow (PFD) & P&ID
- Monitoring the Process validation batches as per cGMP
- Experience on Solvent recovery and re use
- Experience on Process time cycle reduction
- Equipment mapping and suitability as per the process
- Material and energy balance calculation

Walk-In Interviews for R&D (Trainee to Research Associate) – API
Role & responsibilities:
- Conducting day- to-day Experiments.
- Raw materials /solvents procurement with batch numbers from ware house.
- Raw materials/ solvents batch numbers must be entered in LNB.
- Familiar on properties of solvents, raw materials and catalysts like boiling point, melting point, density, freezing point etc.
- Familiar on MSDS.
- Monitoring of the experiments with observations.
- Calculation of moles & mole ratios.
- Calculation of molar yield.
- Wearing of safety goggles, gloves and shoes.
- Periodically checking the Lab instruments for their maintenance.
- The difficulties / problems arise during the experiment will be report to group leader.
- Interaction with AR&D and stores departments for getting analysis results and raw materials in time.
- Maintenance of glassware and Equipment.
- Maintenance of lab clean and tidy.
