📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day production activities
- Handle documentation: BPCRs, equipment logs, RM indents
- Ensure timely production to meet dispatch schedules
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of production areas
- Adhere to cGMP, QMS, ISO9001, and ISO14001 standards
- Co-ordinate with cross-functional departments
- Oversee preventive maintenance, plant validations, and process improvements
- Comply with environmental health & safety standards
- Ensure effective on-job training as per schedule
- Optimize yield, minimize resource consumption, and promote sustainability
✅ Skills Required:
- Good understanding of API production
- Familiarity with cGMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
- Strong documentation, coordination, and planning skills
- Knowledge of effluent treatment, equipment handling, and resource optimization
