Department: IT Pharma.
- Qualification: B-Tech/ Any Post Graduate
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Position: Sr. Executive/AM – IT(Information Technology)
Key Skills:
- Installation knowledge about Windows Servers and VM Creations.
- Knowledge about firewall polices.
- Supporting more than 250 Desktops.
- Administered and handled IT disaster and acted as key support in resolving issue by building servers, server configuration and data restoring.
- Automatic Daily and Weekly report maintaining.
- Good knowledge on ESXI, and able to create virtual machines and mapping the SAN Storages based on the requirement.
- Good understanding of GMP requirements
- Involving Computer System Validation and Execution of IQ, OQ and PQ.(Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Performance Qualification).
- Handling Monthly outages (for maintenance).
- Creating application user accounts and assigning responsibilities.
- Helped users during their initial setup of application launch
- User ID Creation based on the level & Taking backups of all QC Lab Instruments, Engineering and Production Equipment’s
- Creation, Modification and Deactivation for all Standalone Instruments like UV, IR, KF ,Eximnpro, Malvern , Autopol like SOR Auto Enclave, PotentialMeter, Stability Chambers and TOC.
- Creating Monthly and Yearly Projects for all VMwareServers, Physical Servers Software’s and Standalone Instruments.
- Taking Daily and Monthly Backup for all Standalone Instruments.
- Installing and Managing Label Printer Software’s
- Preparation the Documentation of New SOP’s
- Monthly GxP Control, Date & Time Synchronization activity in QC & Production Instruments.
- Installing and troubleshooting the EMPOWER 3 Client Software
- Involving System and application audit trail reviews as per SOP.
