🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-step organic synthesis and optimize reaction conditions.
- Interpret analytical data including NMR, LC-MS and HPLC/IR and propose structural assignments.
- Maintain clear and accurate records in ELN/lab notebooks according to data-integrity guidelines.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables as per client expectations.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate daily progress to the supervisor/project manager.
- Handle moisture-sensitive, air-sensitive and scale-up reactions when required.
- Follow laboratory safety protocols, SOPs and proper PPE requirements.
- Troubleshoot and purify compounds using column chromatography, prep-HPLC and crystallization.
- Ensure timely submission of analytical results, reports and weekly updates.
- Support procurement, inventory management and coordination with analytical teams.
