Hiring Opportunity: Multiple Openings for Peptides Manufacturing Professionals. Laurus Labs Limited is seeking skilled professionals to join our Peptides Manufacturing team. We are looking for candidates who bring technical precision and hands-on expertise in both Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis and Downstream processing.
Open Positions:
- Chemists / Sr. Chemists: 20 Openings
- Shift In-charges / Executives / Sr. Executives: 5 Openings
- Experience: 2-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Synthesis: Execute Solid Phase Peptide Synthesis (SPPS) and solution-phase chemistry, including resin preparation and operation of automated platforms.
- ✅ Downstream Processing: Lead purification via preparative HPLC and manage lyophilization (freeze-drying) cycles.
- ✅ Process Optimization: Oversee process troubleshooting and routine maintenance of DAC columns.
- ✅ Equipment Qualification: Ensure compliance and qualification of DAC, lyophilizers, ATFE, and ultrafiltration systems.
- ✅ Resource Management: Manage large-scale solvent handling and recycling protocols within the production environment.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in multiple stages like
➡️ Synthesis
➡️ Clevage
➡️ Purification of Peptide Manufacturing.
Technical Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of amino acids, peptide synthesis, and downstream processing.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with preparative HPLC, purification, and lyophilization.
