Job description:
L&Ts Buildings & Factories undertakes design & construction Several iconic buildings, both in India and overseas – from airports to IT parks, malls to monuments, high-rises to hospitals, statues, institutional spaces, office buildings, cement plants, industrial warehouses, places to stay, pray or play bear the signature of excellence of our Buildings business. With an enviable track record, the business offers expertise across some well-defined infrastructure segments like Airports, Public Spaces, and Factories. For Public Spaces, Airports and Factories projects across India, we require talented Professionals in several key positions as below.
Finishes Manager: Experience: 5 to 18 years. Full-time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Civil with experience in finishes execution for building construction projects. Should have hands on experience in supervision, coordination with related trades & services, activity sequencing and handing over of works. Should be conversant with project contract documents and approval protocols pertaining to finishes execution.
Project Architect (Finishes): Experience: 5 to 12 years. Full-time Bachelor or Diploma in Architecture with experience in project coordination – preparation/vetting of shop drawings, materials inspection, mock-up, work execution & approvals, identifying & resolving discrepancies, resolving interface issues, vendor coordination, snag identification/rectification and documentation pertaining to finishes execution.
Faade Manager: Experience: 5-18 Years Full time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in (Civil/ Mech). Through knowledge on Employer requirement, technical specifications, BOQ & drawings. Vetting of shop drawings & Methodology. Continuous monitoring and visiting vendors processing unit, fabrication units. Assist design team for as built drawings, final quantification. Resolving any discrepancies in drawing, specification in line with client approvals.
Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Manager: Experience: 5 to 18 years. Full-time Engineering Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with experience in execution/project management of MEP works like air conditioning, electrical, fire protection, public health, IBMS, piping for buildings and airports. Should be conversant with relevant codes & standards with domain expertise in relevant fields and have exposure to large infrastructure projects.

Larsen & Toubro Limited, Building & Factories IC, 12/4, Delhi Mathura Road, Near Sarai Khawaja Chowk, Faridabad – 121 003 from 9.30am to 4.30pm both days.
While appearing for interview, candidates will be required to carry the advertisement copy, all educational certificates, experience certificates, passport size photograph, PAN card, AADHAAR card and last 3 months payslips / salary proof.
