Job description
SERVER STORAGE & CLOUD EXPERT
Skillset
- Server Design, Implementation, Installation, Configuration
- Strong understanding and experience of Design & Implementation with enterprise hardware platforms (HP/Dell/Cisco blades/Racks etc.) and operating systems (VMware/Windows/Linux)
- Strong experience in virtualization technologies including VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
- Understanding and hands-on Experience of Backup Products like CommVault, Data protector
Job Responsibility
- Understand the project scope requirements (specific to Servers for Data Centre and other infra nodes) and undergo detailed requirements study with the customer, within purview of tender scope.
- Carry out detailed design which includes HLD (High Level Design), LLD (Low Level Design), Service Solution Document, Network traffic assumptions, Configuration Template & OEM Validation, Service Activation, Fulfilment, Feasibility & Provisioning
- Knowledge on VSAN and different virtualization technologies Hyper-V, Vmware ESXi , Xen hypervisor etc.
