Role Details:
- Position: Portfolio Relationship Manager (POS Sales)
- Experience Required: 2 to 5 Years in POS Sales or a similar profile
- Location: Bangalore
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
- Grade: M1/M2 (Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail merchant accounts in POS/EDC business.
- Customer Acquisition: Achieve budget targets for volume and TID numbers by acquiring new or additional POS business customers.
- Activation & Retention: Ensure monthly activation through merchant visits and retain existing base to grow wallet share.
- Sales: Drive core sales of products like Sound Box, Static BQR, and K-Biz while cross-selling banking products like CASA, Assets, and General Insurance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with branch banking teams and execute joint market activities to ensure service excellence.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in POS sales or similar product lines.
- Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
- Energetic, with a high drive for sales success.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in any stream.
- Comfortable with a field-intensive sales role focused on customer acquisition.
