• Design, optimize and troubleshoot cell-based and in-vitro potency assays
• Execute protocol generation, method validation and method-transfer activities
• Follow ICH and USP guidelines
• Biopharma experience preferred

🔬 Analytical – Job Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with physicochemical characterization
• Techniques including:
  • HPLC/UPLC
  • CE
  • UV
• Protein analysis
• Biopharma experience preferred

🏭 Manufacturing – DSP/USP

Upstream Processing (USP):

• Mammalian/cell-culture techniques
• Single-use bioreactors
• Shake flasks
• Perfusion

Downstream Processing (DSP):

• Mammalian/cell-culture techniques
• Protein purification
• Chromatography
• TFF
• Virus filtration
