- Qualification – MSc in Microbiology /Life sciences with Microbiology experience
- Experience – 4-6 years’
Require Skills: –
- Hands on experience to perform Microbial limit test, bio burden, sterility and bacterial endotoxins tests
- Hands on experience to perform method validations of Sterility, MLT, BET and Bio burden tests
- Hands on experience to perform microbial culture Identification of by Vitek and microbial culture maintenance
- Good knowledge and practical exposure in handling media preparation & Qualification/GTP and operation of steam sterilizer
- Preparation of protocols and summary reports related to microbial studies
- Knowledge on regulatory guidelines likes Indian, WHO, FDA and GDP
- Review and verification of documents related online
- Knowledge on 21 CFR compliance systems
- Preparation and maintenance of calibration schedules
- Knowledge on equipment and instruments calibrations
- Trends preparation
Designation – Jr. Executive
- Qualification – MSc in Microbiology /Life sciences with Microbiology experience
- Experience – 2-4 years
Require Skills: –
- Hands on experience to perform environmental monitoring of aseptic areas
- Bioburden analysis of swabs
- Transfer and release of media plates
- Knowledge of aseptic practices and gowning qualification
- Sampling and Microbial analysis of water
- Knowledge on good documentation practices
- Exposure in Media preparations and handling of decontamination autoclave
