Ipca Laboratories Limited is conducting a walk-in interview for various positions at their Ratlam (M.P.) facility on June 22nd, 2025, at ‘Papaya Tree’ Hotel, Near Dr. Hardia Eye Clinic, AB Road, RAU, INDORE (MP).
Interview Details:

Positions and Requirements:
Engineering (Formulation) – Officer/Sr. Officer:
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical & Instrumentation) with 3-8 years of experience in breakdown & troubleshooting, routine repairs, and maintenance of formulation equipment, especially vial & ampoule line equipment.
Injection/Injectable – Officer/Chemist/Technician:
- M.Sc./M.Pharma/B.Sc./B.Pharma/D.Pharma/ITI with 3-8 years of experience in sterile area manufacturing (Ampoule and Vial) including shift supervision, QMS knowledge (OOS, OOT, CAPA), and handling of instruments/equipment like Autoclave, Washing, Filling, sealing and Packing Machines.
Production (API) – Officer/Sr. Officer:
- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Chemical) with 3-8 years of experience in QMS (Deviations, Investigations, CCP/TCCP QRM etc.), GMP culture, and powder processing activities like Dryer, Milling, Sifting, Jet Mill, Micronisation.
QA & QC (Formulation & API) – Officer/Sr. Officer:
- I.T.I/B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharma/M.Pharma with 3-8 years of experience in IPQA, Qualification, Validation, Analytical QA, Stability Studies, regulatory affairs, OOS investigation (Microbiological), Risk Assessment, Market Complaint, QA Documentation, and exposure to QMS (Deviation, CAPA) with Trackwise system. Experience with QC instruments like HPLC, GC, Wet-finish, IR, Sampling is also required.
