Center of Excellence (CoE) Training Program
Ipca Laboratories has launched its Center of Excellence (CoE) as a specialized training initiative aimed at providing hands-on industrial exposure to students aspiring to build a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
The program is designed to enhance participants’ practical understanding of the Production Department and prepare them for real-world pharmaceutical manufacturing applications.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the 3-month CoE training program, candidates will be eligible to apply at Ipca Laboratories Ltd., Ratlam, Dewas API & Wardha API.
The indicated CTC opportunities are:
- ₹2.55 LPA
- ₹2.65 LPA
- ₹3.45 LPA
The applicable CTC will depend on compatibility and skills.
