Technician Role
After successful completion of the training, selected candidates may be placed as Technicians with an entry-level CTC of ₹2.45 lakh per annum.
Responsibilities include:
- Drawing samples of raw materials and water
- Preparing volumetric solutions
- Performing basic wet chemical testing under supervision
- Maintaining laboratory glassware cleanliness
- Calibrating weighing balances
- Recording temperature logs
- Supporting day-to-day laboratory activities
- Ensuring the laboratory remains safe and audit-ready
