💰 Monthly Stipend:
- Graduate: ₹12,300

🔹 Career Progression:
After successful training, candidates will be absorbed at Ipca Laboratories, Athal (Silvassa) based on performance & skills.
🔬 Positions Offered:
1️⃣ Chemist (BSc / Diploma / B.Pharm)
- Entry CTC: 2.20 LPA (2.30 LPA for B.Pharm)
- Role: Performing routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, and UV to ensure strict quality standards. Alongside this, you will handle day-to-day QC tasks such as instrument calibration, method validation, maintaining GLP documentation, ensuring data integrity, and supporting out-of-specification (OOS) investigations.
2️⃣ Technician (12th + ITI / B.Com / BA)
- Entry CTC: 2.10 LPA
- Role: Drawing samples of raw materials and water, preparing volumetric solutions, and performing basic wet chemical testing under supervision. Alongside this, you will handle day-to-day lab support tasks such as maintaining glassware cleanliness, calibrating weighing balances, recording temperature logs, and ensuring the laboratory remains safe and audit-ready.
