Key Responsibilities
API Process Analytical Section
- Develop, validate, and execute analytical methods using HPLC, GC, UV, and titration techniques.
- Perform analytical data review and provide analytical support for process development and plant troubleshooting.
- Develop and optimize analytical methods and transfer validated methods.
- Prepare analytical reports and ensure compliance with regulatory and stability requirements.
Particle Size Development Lab
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments including Malvern, PAT Tool, Blaze, Crystal 16, and other PSD equipment.
- Perform particle size and shape analysis using laser diffraction, sieving, and microscopy.
- Prepare and standardize samples for particle size analysis.
- Interpret Particle Size Distribution (PSD) data against specifications.
- Generate technical reports and support formulation and process development activities.
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of API Process Research & Development.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and particle size analysis.
- Understanding of analytical method development and validation.
- Experience in pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
