Internship Opportunity: Ethics and Compliance Dept.
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
- Duration: 6 months (Diversity female candidate)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our Ethics and Compliance team at Biocon Biologics. The successful candidate will work closely with our seasoned ethics & compliance professionals and play a vital role in ensuring that our business operations align with the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and Analysis:

- Conduct research on relevant compliance and ethical matters.
- Analyze and summarize laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting the company’s operations.
- Research on data privacy matters and topics.
- Research on the various compliance and ethics policies / SOP / standards.
- Assist in the development and updating of ethics and compliance policies.
2. Training and Awareness:

- Support the creation of training materials on employee dedicated compliance trainings.
- Assist in organizing training sessions to enhance company-wide compliance awareness.
3. Due Diligence:
-
- Participate in vendor due diligence activities related to business transactions.
- Support in assessing and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in law, business law, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and a genuine interest in ethics and compliance.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
