Production: Hands on experience of chromatography technique, Protein Purification, Centrifuge and Filtration
R&D: Experience of Method Development & Troubleshooting, Characterization of plasma proteins by various physicochemical methods Instruments Handling/ Techniques: SDS-Page, HPLC, GC, IEF and Western blot, ELISA
R&D: DSP Process Development, Designing and execution of the development of a monoclonal antibody (mAbs) purification. Implementation of process scale-up activities.
