- Ability to manage order lifecycles and handle customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Order Lifecycle, from entry to invoicing.
- Handle customer queries and ensure proactive resolution to avoid escalations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to quality metrics.
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems for documentation and order processing.
- Suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
