Position Overview
Role 1: Statement Specialist JL 3A
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor data quality and escalate issues to the campaign manager.
- Analyze campaign data for performance improvements.
- Guide team members and provide subject matter expertise.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and adhere to strict deadlines.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM concepts.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Tools like Marketo, Eloqua, or Unica.
- Analytical skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
Role 2: Email Campaigns JL 4B/4A
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns (one-time, recurring, triggered).
- Manage a team of campaign specialists and coordinate with client teams.
- Quality-check campaign content and train team members on procedures.
- Monitor SLA/KPI performance and prepare detailed reports.
Skills Required:
- Experience in Dynamics and Litmus for campaign management.
- Certification in digital marketing (AdWords, Email marketing) preferred.
- Strong project management skills and stakeholder collaboration.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: 3-8 years in email marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
