🔹 Role: Process Specialist

🔹 Experience: 2-4 years
🔹 Shifts: 24×7 (including night/early morning shifts)
🔹 Education: Any Graduate (15 years of education)
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
✔ Handle order fulfillment, supply chain, and claims & dispute management
✔ Collaborate with client stakeholders & ensure smooth operations
✔ SAP experience is a plus
✔ Must be open to night/early morning shifts
Claims Administration:
✔ Manage claims & disputes with a deep understanding of reason codes
✔ Work with ERP systems (SAP), MS Excel & web-based tools
✔ Strong analytical & reporting skills
